As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at ARMALAN Sportswear. We ‘ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at ARMALAN Sportswear, you agree to the terms set forth below along with ARMALAN Sportswear‘s Privacy Policy.
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 15 days of your purchase, if 15 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Overview
At our store, we always make sure that our products are of good quality and are carefully inspected before shipping. If you do receive a defective product, don’t worry, we have a very easy return process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
You can return the product within 15 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with it. Items can be exchanged, returned for store credit, or refunded to the original payment method. Any shipping cost is excluded from your refund.
Please note that there are exceptions to this return policy and they are: Discounted products cannot be returned for a refund, we accept only exchange with the same product or different size.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All returned products must be unworn, in the original packaging, and with the original tags still attached. If the returned items do not satisfy these requirements, your return will not be accepted.
Keep in mind that if you choose to return the items via post you will need to cover the shipping costs.
To return a purchased item, follow the steps below:
- Send us an email with your order number and state which items you would like to return.
- Ensure the items you’re returning have not been used, and they have the original tags attached.
- Pack the products into their original packaging.
- If you’re shipping the items to us, put the products into shipment packaging and stick the purchased label on it.
- Bring your package to the post or order a pick-up from your location.
We commit to processing your return within 10 days of receiving the package. And you will get your refund after your returned products have been accepted within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Refunds
We at ARMALAN Sportswear commit ourselves to serving our customer with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We will process your return within 10 days of receiving it and items will be assessed whether or not they are eligible for refund. If your return products are accepted, you will get the refund within 14 to 30 days of the return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only replace items in term of size or color.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

By using our platform, registering an account, or making a purchase, you hereby consent to our Return & Refund Policy and agree to its terms.
Changes To Our Return & Refund Policy
Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Return & Refund Policy. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Return & Refund Policy, you can delete your account.
